Project info
Reps is a workout tracking app concept designed for intermediate lifters who want a simple and reliable way to log workouts, review progress, and stay consistent over time. The project explores how a fitness product can reduce friction during training by focusing on speed, clarity, and only the features that matter most in repeated use.
Wireframe & Prototype
The wireframing phase focused on defining the core user flow around the actions users would repeat most often: starting a workout, logging exercises, checking progress, and navigating training history. Early layouts were used to test information hierarchy, reduce unnecessary steps, and make sure key interactions remained clear and efficient before moving into high-fidelity design.

Low-fidelity flows tested hierarchy and step count before committing to visual design.
Design System Library
To support consistency across the product, a lightweight design system was established with reusable UI foundations including typography, spacing, color tokens, cards, buttons, and feedback states. This helped create a more unified experience while also making the interface easier to expand and maintain across different flows.

Type, color tokens, and component states defined once, reused across every flow.
Final Scope
The final concept focuses on the essential workout tracking experience rather than trying to solve every fitness need at once. Core screens were designed around workout logging, exercise management, progress visibility, and account-related functions. By narrowing the scope, the product becomes easier to use, more cohesive, and better aligned with the needs of users who primarily want a dependable long-term tracking tool.
